The 3D CAC Pastoral Clergy Coalition is an inclusive multi-faith group of faith leaders and community members dedicated in promoting faith and fellowship while addressing public safety concerns in Washington, DC. Through collaboration and community-building efforts, we aim to rebuild core community resilience, connect individuals with critical resources, and foster a sense of responsibility and connection among all members of our community.
When caring people join together, bow their heads, raise up their hands, get on their knees, ask their Lord for peace and take action to make their community better and engage with their neighbors, it’s a beautiful thing—and an incredible feeling for everyone involved. 3D CAC Pastoral Clergy Coalition Members know that being a Good Neighbor is about leading by example, building relationships and improving the world through social betterment and kindness. We All Know that the conditions of our neighborhoods will not change until our hearts change

The 3D CAC Pastoral Clergy Coalition brings together compassionate clergy and community members to make a lasting impact on public safety in Washington, DC. When people of faith unite—bowing their heads, raising their hands, and taking steps toward social betterment—they transform neighborhoods.
Our coalition is built on the belief that to change the conditions of our community, we must first change our hearts. Through our work with the Metropolitan Police Department and faith leaders across the city, we are fostering a safer, more unified Washington, DC.

Our Mission
The 3D CAC Pastoral Clergy Coalition believes that faith, social betterment, and community building are key to preventing crime, fostering safety, and supporting victims. We are committed to working with the community and the Metropolitan Police Department, ministering spiritually, and promoting peace and equality for all.
Vision
Our vision is to achieve a safer community through prayer, involvement, and support in times of crisis. United, we are stronger, and through this unity, we build a better future for our neighborhoods.
Goals & Objectives

- Goal 1: Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships between clergy, faith organizations, and law enforcement.
- Goal 2: Serve as a catalyst for healing within the community.
Our objectives include: - Participating in event, street and community ministry.
- Engaging in family, neighbor and youth outreach efforts.
- Providing spiritual and emotional support to the community.
- Offering support to police officers when needed.
All of these objectives have been successfully met, and we continue to strive for excellence.
