3D CAC is the “organization of organizations” that enlightens, inspires and connects the children, women and men of Washington, DC and the surrounding areas for the good of Public Safety and Social Betterment.
We’re a non-profit corporation program provider of Community Education, Skills, Training, information and certifications in public health and safety, emergency preparedness as well as advocacy and social betterment services. As Law Enforcement Practitioners We operate for the safety and well being of the Washington, DC community.
Our core values is to sustain, educate and advocate for Community Growth, Community Connections, and Community Responsibility in Public Safety. Our programs are grounded on a foundation of community growth, critical concerns for youth and seniors, emergency preparedness, environmental health, and the promotion for civic and community engagement which also advocates for sound public safety and social betterment.

Third District Citizen Advisory Council
Advocacy and Social Justice for Public Safety
The Third District Citizens Advisory Council is a part of our 3D CAC organization that is an advisory panel constituted by the Chief of the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia.
In our 3D CAC Advocacy and Social Justice and Public Safety efforts, we work towards promoting policies that promote equality, justice and public safety, and the well-being of all community members in Washington, DC. We advocate for social change, address systemic inequalities, and work towards creating a safer and more inclusive community for everyone.
3D CAC’S Public Safety practices and services helps to prevent violence by setting focused and strategic enforcement priorities, advocating for policies and supporting legislation, creating educational initiatives, fostering ongoing prevention strategies and effective deterrence methods, enforcement collaboration with law enforcement, and supporting legal efforts while measuring the results.
3D CAC is located in the 3rd Police District of Washington, DC and the Chair is charged with providing the 3rd District Commander with a Community Action Plan and recommendations from the community on the public’s safety problems and police service needs.
3D CAC hosts Regular Public Safety Leaders Meetings at the Third District MPD Police Station on the last Thursday of each month which allows residents, DC Agencies, Elected Leaders and Business Owners to meet and discuss police-related issues with the district commander. The meetings also provide an opportunity for police officials to assess the impact of their crime-fighting efforts on the community.
In addition to the 3D CAC Public Safety Leaders Meetings the 3D CAC Chair is on the Chief of Police’s Citizens Advisory Council and provides the Chief of Police with input and advice on matters affecting the entire Department.
3D CAC’s goal is to make our city a safer place for all us to live, work and visit.

Community Outreach, Public Safety and Engagement Program
3D CAC Public Safety Ambassadors is a fun physically interactive community lead program for members that shapes neighborly relationships, good decision-making skills and teaches skills such as public safety, safety patrols, community infrastructure observations, emergency preparedness, risk management, public speaking, conflict resolution, social betterment, wellness checks, critical thinking and civic engagement and leadership development.
All Public Safety Ambassadors and Block Captains Must Complete Training.

The 3D CAC Pastoral Clergy Coalition is an inclusive multi-faith group of faith leaders and community members dedicated in promoting faith and fellowship while addressing public safety concerns in Washington, DC. Through collaboration and community-building efforts, we aim to rebuild core community resilience, connect individuals with critical resources, and foster a sense of responsibility and connection among all members of our community.
When caring people join together, bow their heads, raise up their hands, get on their knees, ask their Lord for peace and take action to make their community better and engage with their neighbors, it’s a beautiful thing—and an incredible feeling for everyone involved. 3D CAC Pastoral Clergy Coalition Members know that being a Good Neighbor is about leading by example, building relationships and improving the world through social betterment and kindness. We All Know that the conditions of our neighborhoods will not change until our hearts change.

Our interactive program is for adult members age 19 and up.
3D CAC -PSSP’s weekly group meetings shapes the Mind, Body and Soul. We share Unselfish Self Care, Meaningful Activities, Life Skills, and Unique Beautiful Relationships all for sustained social betterment,
We Add Value To The Lives of the PSSP Group Members.
During times of crisis, our organization is committed to providing emotional and practical support to community members in need. Whether it’s a natural disaster, personal tragedy, or community-wide emergency, we are here to offer assistance and resources to help individuals and families navigate difficult times. We offer training workshops to address emergency preparedness for disasters and community wide emergencies, trauma response during crisis, and crime victim support groups.

Our 3D CAC Cadets Youth Engagement Program is aimed at fostering a sense of belonging, empowerment, and positive development among the youth of Washington, DC. Through our various programs and activities, we strive to create opportunities for young people to connect with their community, develop leadership skills, and access resources for personal and academic growth.
3D CAC Cadets is a fun physically interactive youth lead program for youth members that shapes good leadership, and decision-making skills while teaching skills such as public safety, emergency preparedness, academic achievement, fitness, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, risk management, public speaking, artistic expression, conflict resolution, social betterment, exploration, self care, critical thinking and civic engagement and leadership development.
